If you think Rule #3 is applied at all on this site, I'm amazed. It may be words on the page, but we all know that "respectfully" doesn't really have meaning here. Hard to enforce a guideline that is pretty well never enforced, and is given said broad flexibility from the staff on high. Where did I insult the OP or Tara? Acting like a member who repeatedly reports posts to the staff isn't an insult. It's just a comparison.
To the OP's point: a guide on how to insult without getting points:

This applies to using our coed forums for name calling, personal attacks, or vulgar slang terms to describe fellow members. If you have legitimate concerns about another member here, share them tactfully in the appropriate private forums or with staff."
You can insult an idea, but not a member. You can insult a group, but not a member. So "modtards are entitled jackoffs who should say nothing on the site and just approve my shitpost reviews." is fine. Just don't name names.
