Trump announced tonight, that he will announce his intention to secure a 3rd term as President, one week from tonight.

Well, his understanding, at least, that it would be a 3rd term. He said in August, 2020, that he wasn't losing to ''fucking Joe Biden''. And he will never concede that he lost by 7 million votes.

I think Trumps days are behind him, this coming from one of his voters. DeSantis is the future of the GOP. I think Trump did a good job running the country, but he carries so much baggage democrats would vote for Putin over Trump.

Trump needs to fade into the dustbins of history - he did an awesome job while president and just about every economic metric was better during his presidency (than China Joe). He made us energy independent, no wars, and was a much better climate for small business. Now its Desantis's turn to pick up from where Trump left off, and try to mitigate the damage the mush brained communist has put us in.

There are 2 places I'd like to see Trump: picking his favorite candidates for the Republican Party, or in the Big House. Either state or federal is fine by me. He's eligible for both..

Desantis isn't a governor; he's a troll. Biden should have said that he didn't get the memo about any unusual weather in Florida..

Nobody with a lick of sense listens to a word dementia Joe says, his words are spoken by the economy and inflation, our standing with other countries, his lies to past college students about getting money back, etc.

The Jan 6 Committee made I believe 4 criminal referrals of Trump to the DOJ. That doesn't require the DOJ to do anything at all, actually. But still, it is a first in U.S. history. (Nixon stepped down before any criminal referrals could be made, and he was promptly pardoned of any federal crimes by Ford.)

How do you all see this ending up for Trump, and what would be fair based on his conduct?
