To be clear,

I was never telling anyone how to run there business, I was simply applying an alternate way of fixing a problem within the current business model.

I agree with a no haggle policy, it starts the entire experience as adversaries! Where’s the fun in that?

As far as the years rate did not go up; the market would not support it or they would have been raised.

We have to remember, because of personal nature of this business it’s easy to let feelings get in the way. But it’s still a business.
