Why Tatoo's?

Bob, i think a great part of this is, for practical purposes, its forever. I can change music, art, and books. Not so much with tattoos.

OP, think of all the reasons you don't think these women should have tattoos. Now say the opposite, that is why they have them.

Personally 2 of my favorite women are polar opposites, StormyStaxx is tall and covered in tats, Alice Desiree is short and has porcelain white skin.

I personally don't have any, it's just not my style and I had a professional job for years so if I had gotten one it would have had to be in a very private place. But it's just not my style.

But a well done artistic tattoo is beautiful and I love ink on other people, men and women. I've always thought people got them to express themselves, much like we wear clothes and jewelry to express our personality. Same with body piercing, some people have them all over and I just have one in each ear. It's just a matter of preference and self expression. I'm glad we have all have differences and unique looks. It's so much more interesting. And most people's ink tells a story about their life and things they've been through. It opens up communication to get to know them better.
The only downside I see is when people start to age and sag, or lose or gain a lot of weight, the tatts don't look so great anymore!

I'm working with a artist as we speak on a full back oriental dragon design. It has great meaning to me and the design process has been meticulous. It will be expensive and time-consuming and will fulfill a desire I've had for over 20 years.

OBTW, I'm over 60
