Is China still a communist country? They have a system that's never existed before, a sort of cross between capitalism and communism. Maybe that's what Obama has in mind for us. One thing for sure, Obama wants bigger government and less personal freedom. He is a megalomaniac. The damage he will do in the next four years will be catastrophic.

There's a scene in the movie "Hannibal" in which one of the characters, played by Gary Oldman, explains how Hannibal Lecter talked him into mutilating himself. That's the metaphor for Obama and the American people. We're voluntarilly participating in the destruction of the Republic because Obama has convinced the majority that it's a good idea.

If you recall, Hannibal had to give his friend a "popper" in order to get himself to do that. Obama didn't give us any "gifts" or "poppers" and we are not cutting our faces off.

Obama gets a health-care bill passed and suddenly, we're all living in a marxist, communist, fascist country. I mean, that's what this nonsense is all about, right?

The man makes an effort to fix what everyone acknowledges is huge problem, US healthcare, and suddenly we're living under communist rule. The whole thing is just silly.

If by "fixing it" you mean having the government take it over and fuck it up even worse than it was before, then you may be right.

But it's not about Obamacare. Obamacare is a small part of the problem. It is the unholy union between Goldman Sachs and the major corporations with the government that promote such government control, and policies like total surveillance and indefinite detention that makes it possible to implement. It is the continued attack on individual rights, freedoms and responsibilities that is the problem. And the fact that you support all that, makes you part of the problem.
