Abilene is a BLACK HOLE where getting good providers is concerned. I just discovered this board a few months ago. Since I'm not on it day and night I always seem to catch the good providers that DO go through, the day AFTER they have left!!!!!

@ Eva I know sometimes a place can be hit or miss but imo that's about 8-9 trips too many for somewhere that makes you no $ really.

I entertain at a Gentleman's club there, and while there advertise just as normal. I tend to tour places with some hobby scene in addition to Gentleman's club scene that way in case one doesn't work 100 percent, I can add it's less than ideal advantages to the better scenario of entertainment and come out up to 200% and at worst enough profit to be comfortable and content. ...aw c'mon ! I thought you knew I'm not new to this, I'm true to this, hehehe

Its never a good idea as a provider to invest in seeing hobbyist with ALL profits going into seeing more hobbyists in different cities, it's a cycle of provide to provide more - and a "forget you" to all aspirations.

Maybe Abilene and other Western cities will pick up.

Abilene is about halfway to Midland from DFW. So, it seems many providers use us as a rest stop. I see a lot of ads that say " Will be there 8/5-8/6 " Sounds good but it was posted on 8/5 at 4 PM and they were leaving at checkout on 8/6.

Ads like that the providers always complain about no appts and calls after they leave.

Simple answer. Give people a couple of days, at least, to clear their schedule to see you. WT guys are different, as has been discussed, in that we need notice. Different type jobs from the cities.

Again, no idea if this would apply to Eva or not.

As said, I have other business there and am there sometimes two weeks at a time.

I am in FW , so it's nothing to hop on 20 west from 35, stop at In/Out, and head west for a week or so. I will say the gents I have met were AMAZING!

Tyler and Longview have plenty of activities (Shreveport&Jackson are two main hobby cities Tyler and Longview preceed). ..so I'm not sure if Abilene being a go between town has all to do with it, but interesting point, Pistolero!

This is the situation exactly!!!! I work night shift, so I read the ad sometime late in the
evening when it's too late to make an appointment for that evening. Then when I get off
work, I HAVE to come home first and take care of the animals. So by the time I can
contact the ladies, it's check out time and I've missed them.

I'm a bit of a planner and like to give plenty of lead time so I tend throw out pre booking/touring ads at least 3wks ahead (often even more notice than that). And lol I'll still get "darn just missed you" type of pm's/emails/texts" on check-out day or long after i'm gone without fail haha smh.

I know. .. kinda a "damned if I do, damned if I don't" kind of situation. ..nonetheless Abilene and West TX needs errrr. ..several months advertising ahead to prebook for a trip worth while.
