There's no "APPEARS" about it, although I do thank you for your support. If I post a link in one of my posts, it means I have actually gone through every sometimes boring word of it and am confident that it supports what I have said. Unlike some people who post a link where they just look at the first item in it that MAY support their anti-whatever obsession they have but do not realize that the rest of the article totally debunks their argument. This probably stems from my upbringing and education experience, yes in California, back when the public education system was at the opposite end of where it currently is, like when you actually got an education and teachers actually challenged your mind to think independently to inform yourself and form your own opinions based on your independent fact finding and thought processes, instead of letting some faux pundit form your thoughts/opinions for you.
Yes, I went through and actually read EVERY BORING WORD that was part of both laws. Yes it was boring, and as I said, it was late, I was tired, and I had imbibed a Scotch or several, so it is possible I may have missed something, but if so, it does not appear to be anything significant based on the lack of any remotely reliable rebuttal.
