There are a lot of residents saying the claims are bullshit. A lot more of them than saying the claims are true. I too trust the residents who claim that Haitians are NOT eating pets. In fact the cats and dogs have reported that they are not being eaten by the Haitians. I trust them as well.

Why the hell would they want Trump and Vance to bring the circus to town?
Don't forget, they'll be chasing the campaign for years on bills for services rendered for the visit

That's what I kind of said, although there's nothing wrong with the Feds or other communities encouraging immigrants to go where they're most needed and wanted. As best as I can remember, Springfield's unemployment rate has spiked up in recent months, based on something you posted.

As to keeping damn mouths shut, Democrats and Democratic leaning MSM are all over this. MSNBC is anyway. I suspect Fox isn't covering this as much as MSNBC now, although I don't know as I haven't watched much Fox the last week or so. Actually I can't imagine it being otherwise. MSNBC apparently thinks this is a much bigger issue than the economy, Gaza or Ukraine.

Yes, many of them left to escape left wing ills they didn't like, just as many Haitians have left their country to escape bad government. State and local politicians in big cities in California and the Northeast however are only mildly crazy and rapacious. "Leaders" in Haiti are bat shit crazy and some literally do rape, and pillage and murder.

I have never proposed busing transplanted Californians back to California, or flying Haitians back to Haiti.

So back in the day when Democratic politicians were the ones who wanted to keep the immigrants out, was it because they were in the pockets of the labor unions? Or because they were racists?

OMG! did you just admit Democrats are racist? they are but it had far more to do with currying favor with the big bucks the Unions can contribute to campaigns ... against the wishes of many of their members i might add.

I responded to your post because you brought up the issue the most. But you are correct you never said that we should start forcibly moving anyone.

I just don’t believe that we should be incentivizing any particular group of people based on their race or immigration status to move anywhere that they don’t want to go.

Now that I think about it any incentive program that you could come up with would probably be considered unconstitutional. If you can’t give preference during college admissions then you can’t give preference to an incentive program either.

I’ve lived in Texas my whole life and grew up during the 70’s and 80’s. I’ve seen plenty of racism amongst both sides of the aisle.

But right now the difference is that the Republican candidate is definitely a racist and the Democratic candidate is definitely not.

what exactly makes you think Trump is a racist?

i've said this before and i'll say it again .. opposing massive illegal immigration is not racist simply because all these people aren't white.

now if they were white from say .. Canada would it be racist to oppose it? of course not so explain why it's racist simply because these people aren't white?

your sources are all far left. their credibility is suspect at best, radical socialist at worst.

and you still didn't address my question. why is it racist to oppose massive illegal immigration just because these people aren't white?

Those “far left” sources are completely credible. They are reporting on things that Trump has said and done that are racist. Facts and not opinions.

It’s not racism to oppose illegal immigration. But the way that he does it is massively racist.

And NOT the towne officials - who lied about the call record.

But, tut-tut, there, mate... Perhaps the solution is
for Trump to visit Springfield - see who's telling the truth,
and get the matter all straightened out.

... Lemme check with the Trump campaign and see when
Trump can visit - and while He's at it, maybe also
visit Aroura, Colorado.

And why? ... For Truth, Justice and the American Way!

You mean the woman who complained her cat was taken by Haitians when it was really in her basement the whole time?

Tinker bell, the Easter bunny and the tooth fairy too?

There is nothing about your post, or your vacation of reality that remotely resembles truth, justice or the American way, Salty.

Give it a rest already.
