The only person who gives those words any power is you. If someone calls you ugly, does that make you think your ugly? If it does, that's the only way it could take a toll on you, and that is a problem of your own making, not the person who called you that. My advice to you is to understand who you are, and not give other people the power to affect your life so much.

You being fat, however, is a fact, not an opinion, and if someone calling you that makes you realize that it's a fact, hopefully it can motivate you to unfuck that situation, for the betterment of your own life.

Understood this reply contradicts my point a little bit but feeding this thread and trying to change minds that are obviously arrogantly unchangeable does nothing productive for this board.
