Here's how real it is. When I was a teenager living near Chicago. There was an Italian buisnessman. I called him Joey Bagadonuts, cause he was 5'6" and Fat, lol. The dam guy always drove nice cars and a young hottie always with him. He lived real well. Everybody knew the guy. An older cousin of mine use to work at a local Italian Restaurant. He worked the Bar a couple nights a week. Well Joey Bagadonuts use to frequent the joint and my cousin got to know him. Well I pretty much was a regular kid and I was kinda shy really. He would always try to get me to work for him. He would say sports will only make me sweat and smell. My cousin told me Joey might make a lot of money but he is in terible debt. The year I graduated high school, I heard Joey went to prison for tax evasion. He owed the IRS over 200K that was back in the 70's. Served that prick right. He use to really piss me off, lol.

It seems everyone is making the assumption that in order to build a buisness to a profitable level, you have to either be in dept up to your elbos, or a criminal, or both.

That leads me to believe that very few have a clue as to what it really takes to form a sound business model, employ people, and turn out a product that can be sold continuously at a high enough profit margin to garner all concerned a reasonable amount of financial success.

And then continue doing it as the Decades pass.

Which is the problem with this entire discussion being propogated by the Democtrat Party that those who enjoy a certain amount of Financial Success are the Enemy.

"gimme mine". Is that really what the American Dream has come too? From the looks of things, yes.

With all due respect, I think if you go back and read the initial post, you will see that just about everybody, except the couple you mentioned, have missed the point.

Of course, the way this discussion has went, it seems that the die is already cast. It is as I have stated. The American dream is no longer based on initiative, hard work, and the good sense to put them to use. The American Dream is now "give me what someone else has".

In that clip I posted with those stupid bitches saying, 'gimme by Obama Money', everything that needs to be said is said about the mentality that was started back in the mid '60's and has evolved into what we have now.

In just about every speech he makes, our President propogates this message, to cheering masses.

I was drafted at age 18 and went to Vietnam to "fight communism", well, we all know what a success that turned out to be. But in the years to follow, this Country used it's economic power, and the Military Muscle that the economic machine allowed us to build, into bringing communism, (or at least Russian Communism), to its knees.

But to what end. We are now to the point to where about 50 percent of this Country is willing to turn this Country into exactly what we all fought so hard to defeat.

The sad thing was he lived in one of his rental dumps, drove an average piece of shit car. It seems a whole lot of hard working Americans had no idea that they were "rich" untill the Federal Government started telling them.

Of course, that is the real hidden agenda in the entire Obama shell game. You first inflame the masses by telling them that there are a bunch of rich people keeping them down, and that if you just vote Democrat, they will take from they "rich" people and redistribute the wealth it to his "voters".

But then the shoe drops. They "re-define" what rich is, and the next thing you know, the ole boy that does nothing more than hold down a good job is now "rich". He is now the enemy of the masses. The very people he was cheering with a few months ago are now beating at his front door with the pitchforks and torches.

I have a good friend that ownes a Plumbing Company. He does pretty good, has about 8 trucks that do outcall, plus some bid contract work. He is in one of his trucks every day. We eat breakfast at a local cafe on occasion.

He is "rich", according to President Omama. But not "Wall Street Rich", because I doubt any of that crowd has to stick their hands in shit every day, literally.

bigmex-answer me a question. Why do you think Jackie is a 1%er? This is an anonymous message board. I believe nothing anyone says about themselves. Why do you believe he is? He could be lying......why does it even matter?.....lying or not, it demonstrates a psychological deficiency, but again, so what?

Is Jackie rich? I don't know. I suppose I could hire a private investigator and find out, but I'm not interested. If Jackie is rich I'm not going to hate him for it like all the anti-American/capitalists on this board......If he's rich then he is a productive and useful citizen, that's a good thing! Jackie may be an asshole for bragging, but so what? How does it change your life?
