Mueller's team had two years, unlimited funding, and far-reaching powers to subpoena evidence, call witnesses, conduct gestapo-style dawn raids on suspects, and toss people into jail for not cooperating sufficiently. Mueller was a SPECIAL COUNSEL, meaning his powers could not be curtailed by the legislature - so what the fuck are you even talking about??

Mueller dug and dug for 2 years and came up with nothing worth pursuing, let alone impeaching a POTUS for. If you read our Constitution, you would know we give every citizen the presumption of innocence. Including Donald Trump.

Lets respect General Powell for serving our country that you nor me know what actually went on behind the scenes. He wasn't Court-Martialed and he was in the service for 35 years so he must have done a good job.
