I don't know the particulars of JL's situation but, "I and every Jew born Jewish in accordance to religious law "Halacha" is granted citizenship. I suppose there are instances where that isn't the case...criminal records etc...

I seriously considered writing a personal letter to Bibi begging him to allow the Jewish Defector to live up to his word and defect from the USA.

Next thing I know, the Defector was back in the USA. Hell, he wasn't there but a few months, if that long. Apparently it would not have done much good to write the letter because Bibi obviously did not want his sorry ass in Israel either.

I can't say that I blame Bibi!
