Since most people advise from experience, I'm thinking TOG1's childhood meals must've consisted of being locked in a closet with a few crackers.

Thankfully, I don't hate myself. I'm having a nice healthy dinner of Vietnamese seafood rice noodle soup, garnished with cilantro, and a fresh rice paper shrimp spring roll. No plans to vomit afterwards. Might do a little stairmaster, though.

Crackers were only given on Sunday. The other days it was "Find it, Eat it".

Bake a potato, scoop out 90% of the 'meat', use the skin as a base for steamed vegetables. The proteinase just under the skin of the potato is the best appetite suppressant out there. Do not microwave the potato, rub the skin with coconut oil, sea salt and pepper, and bake it. This is just a suggestion that I have seen get good results with a few friends. I have always loved potato skins; now it turns out, they are good for you; just don't load them up with butter, cheese, or bacon bits!

I have not worked out lately because of the cable pulling and activating circuits. The last circuit activation that I did, I spent 3.5 hours outside, and walking 1/4 of mile every time I had to head back to the network rack.
The recent cable run where I had to use 12 foot ladder and it took 6 hours to complete.

Don't try it, Tex. They'll look silly on you.

I have been packing ready to drink nutrition shakes in my cooler, when I don't get breaks to eat.

I don't know if all I've heard about taurine is true, but it seems to be working!

So did anyone help a fellow slut, sorry meant courtesan, out and pm this thread to her? All this good nutritional Info should go where it is needed.

Oh Rocky, you're incorrigible. It's what I love about you the most.

HCG diet?? Haven't heard of it, do tell. I hope it's inspiring because I think I may be falling off the wagon. Red lobster just sent me an email. Doh!

Lmao she doesn't want help, she just wants to complain

I heard of HCG but I don't think I can stick with you. You can even use certain oils, lotions, soaps, or shampoos. Pretty much you're locked in a box for 28 days lol

I actually sell the drops though, through a company I'm with. There is been some good results from it

Victory. I didn't cave into red lobster. I just made my own stuffed salmon. It's my favorite stuff on earth, very healthy and delicious. I buy it at Sam's.

I'll stick with my red beans and rice. Green beans look good. I'm just not a fan of the salmon

People that eat red beans and rice have big butts. There's a song about it.
