A friend suggested that life-improvements are the key to a good sleep. I have to say, when I was at the gym 5 days a week, I slept like a baby; and I slept well even if there was some heavy shit going on.

Not suggesting hitting the gym at 1:30, but, I think I need to go back to the gym. Also, the sky is blue, the earth has grass, and the word "journalism" no longer has any meaning. Obvious as it may be, I think there's truth to it.

Either way, I still can't sleep.

Holy hell, what?

If I had 5 hours of uninterpreted sleep, my world would change.

Sorry, let me make this clear, most of the people in this thread don't have a choice; providers or the terrible men they have to talk to, demand the strangest hours.

Sleeping 5 daily isn't that wild. Try keeping a corporate server alive. I don't even work in IT anymore (thank all the gods), but I also used to sell cars (hate me in full, it's a garbage job), the point still stands; sleep is on a far higher premium than meeting you fine ladies. We love you, but we all suffer the limiting factors of humanity.

Honest question; anyone else see their bed from here, and struggle at the thought?

I've always preferred the nighttime even as a kid, I never wanted to sleep at night.

Fuck all this no sleep shit. If I'm up past 11:30pm it's because I'm fucking. If I'm not fucking, then I'm dreaming about fucking in the AM hours.

That is hilarious and also rock on. I fully agree with this sentiment.

Outside of my brain bringing LITERALLY every mistake to the forefront, it really is rough going to bed. I have found, a drink before bed helps.

Anyone else experience the same?

Oh, yeah. Tonight it isn't MY brain pointing out my mistakes, however. Isn't it grand when other people generously do that FOR you?

I may need the double shot nightcap.
