The word 'photoshop' gets used out of context by amateurs way too often. Nobody takes 180lb women and make them into 120lbs. Those days of 'photoshopping' are pretty much done, because everyone's hip to it. Blurring faces, hiding tats, and some skin softening really should be about all that's needed, IMO. And lighting, of course.
There's nothing wrong with professional pics. It's an art form, and some people like seeing ladies dolled up a bit. Selfies are ok to accentuate a showcase, but they need to be well done themselves. Grainy, blurry, overexposed poorly composed pics are terrible, no if, ands or buts about it.
Eccie isn't the only place to advertise, and not everyone has the selfie craze this place has. This is the only place (that I know of) where low quality pics are 'better' than high quality pics. Not everyone wants to see an arm length, reflection, booty on the sink perspective of a woman.
