Victory and Prison Guard are probably my top 2 out of that list.

CG is ok...I like it as a way to get started but agree with Spanky about finishing. I need to be driving to get there 99 times out of 100.

As far as doggie variations, I would much rather stand, I really prefer not to do it with me kneeling on the bed behind her, angle just isn't right for me and my thighs start getting sore/cramping after very long. Probably just my overall fitness but if I have a standing base I can pound away much much longer.
