When, and a better question for all Americans to ask ourselves, is why, did journalism become partisan? The entire reason the first amendment existed was for freedom of speech and the press. The press was supposed to be the watchdog for the people on those in charge. Without a free press, we do not have the freedom we think we do.

The biggest problem, imo, with our entire political system is the fact that certain politicians are protected by members of the press. Everyone has a vested interest in the truth, whatever that may bring and where that may fall. But without a non partisan free press looking for and reporting truth regardless of who it involves, we have propaganda. Not journalism.

Our current times are a stain on our country and one we might never recover from.

there is nothing artistic with "murder in mind" when showing gory decapitated head of a man or an assassination attempt on a man.

it is one thing to show gory details in artistic fashion in historical setting and another to show "murder in mind" in non-historical or fictionalized setting.
