Yes indeed, I had to throw in Youngblood. He played a whole game with a broken leg. I would rather be one on one against a Brahma Bull than any of those animals.

You were right but it was more like old, brittle, dried up Swiss cheese that even the rats wouldn't eat.

Yea at the end of the third quarter I went to bed. Had ridden the Harley 779 miles in the previous 3 days and my ass was tired. Could not see it worth fighting sleep.
I said from the word go that switching back to the 4-3 was not a good idea. last night they said that Dallas had given up more yards in 10 games than any team in history. I am sure that Rob Ryan had a big smile on his face after that Brazilian Wax Job the Saints did on his old team.

It's mostly that us die hard fans are disgusted, and have repeated ourselves to death over the problems with the Cowboys. It's like watching a rerun of a tv show, the same thing happens over and over.
It doesn't seem to matter what coaches you bring in on offense or defense, the outcome is predictable. The one constant is ownership and GM, and whatever it is that he does, or doesn't do every year seems to bring on the same results. I've been watching them my whole life, and will continue to do so, painful as it may be.

Very well explained, JJ continues to make money off the franchise so I guess that's all that matters. They should be in the playoffs simply because they are in the weakest division in the league but how far they go will be another big mystery. I would guess one and done.

Well, the boys maintain a slight lead in the NFC East and Romo made another 4th quarter game winning drive. They are 6 & 5 for the year, and what's really funny is they are 134 & 133 since the 1997 season. Yes, a winning record, but just barely. This team is the poster child for mediocrity.
They have a great chance to finish with a winning record and advance to the playoffs and step up to the next level.
Being the well trained Cowboys fan that I am, yesterday I just kept waiting for them to blow it, but I wound up pleasantly surprised.

I have to admit I was surprised too. They should make the playoff assuming they don't totally blow it in the home stretch but we are almost to December, the month that Romo becomes MVP for the opposing team.
And to get a little off topic, that Tom Brady comeback last night was historic. He sure doesn't play like a 6th round draft pick.

Ya, Brady is pretty good. I think he belongs near the top of the all time greats list.

Hey, 7 and 5,, Romo hasn't made a major screw up in a while and the running game looked pretty good. The defense was better than they have been, but still not where they should be.
Of the 5 remaining games the Cowboys are good enough to win out, but I don't see that happening. We could be looking at a respectable 10 and 6 finish.

Yes Houston gets to deal with him Sunday. Even though he doesn't have much of a supporting staff this year I still say he will embarrass them again.

Yes he actually looked like a pro football player. Looks like my 7-9 prediction will not fly, somebody should have taken that bet. Whoever gos all the way is probably going to have to got through Seattle to get there. That will be a tough nut to crack.

That was the worst defensive performance I have ever seen. They didn't get beat on a bunch of turnovers or big plays, they just allowed the Bears to run all over them play after play. It's December, here we go.

No fucking joke!
Best part of the entire game was when they would cut to JJ sitting in his suite, wondering what had happened.
Guess we all qualify a bit as being insane to keep watching them each week. I mean, the definition of insane is,
"Keep doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results."
What do we do, watch every game and expecting different results.
I rest my case.
