Some people are theorizing that the prosecutor is trying to lose this trial with his stupid tricks. Okay, why?
One school of thought is that he is losing and by getting a mistrial, he gets another bite of the apple. The judge could declare a mistrial with prejudice which means that this is over...or is it?
What happens if Kyle walks free after a jury verdict? The left would be very upset and what would they do then? Riot? Have supportive rallies? Protest? More fires? The democrats would find a microphone and belabor how the justice system is broken when it lets white racists go free.
How about if Kyle walks free when there is NO jury verdict. Mistrial or being dismissed by the judge...well, the left would go absolutely crazy!
Could that be the ultimate goal? Chaos? A need for federal law enforcement to step in. More citizens step up and more rioters get shot...which would require more gun control.

He had to go back to his hometown and turn himself into the police with him mom.

And many of you think there is no such thing as white privilege?

only you "know" he'd be dead. i know he wouldn't be dead just because he was black.

the police also ignored a lot of people that clearly had weapons. including "mostly peaceful rioters" like those BLM assholes.

the Mayor in part said he "supported the 2nd amendment" and Evers the Governor was slow to use the Wisconsin National Guard. supposedly there were 250 guardsmen there the night of the shootings. however when the 8 pm curfew began no officials told anyone, police or Guard, to enforce it and disperse the crowd. the Guard mostly were there to protect the Kenosha County Courthouse.

these were huge mistakes by the Mayor and Evers to allow the riots to continue rather than enforce the curfew.

it's quite possible .. likely actually .. that if the city had enforced the curfew those BLM aholes wouldn't have been burning shit down and letting so-called "activists" like Rosenbaum and Huber run around threatening to kill people.

did that ever occur to ya???

Haven't been tried? Is that because they're all pleading guilty?

Who was the guy who just got 42 months?

speaking of peaceful .. if you claim Ashli Babbitt and the "Shaman Dude" were "insurrectionist terrorists" then so are all the BLM antifa "peaceful protesters"

you can't selectively allow "some" rioters in the name of "racism" get a free pass while then claiming rioters at the Capitol to be labeled "domestic terrorists"

either they are all rioters or they aren't.

which is it, sport?

institutions with power and the people in them allowed the tragedy of the riots

the mayors and the governors either too chicken or politically and ideologically beholden to the rioters would not allow proper policing

DA's releasing those committing criminal activity as soon as they were arrested

the news media, lying about the riots, with their sympathies overriding truth

one political party lying, looking the other way and even raising money for those arrested

with all these powers aligned against the law and sense and fairness and truth, society devolves to self protection and those with good hearts and wishing to protect, fill the gap

and that's how we had a 17 year old doing the job that all those elected and hired to do jobs but abjectly failed to do so were supposed to do

every element of society above him either didn't or weren't allowed to do their duty

they all gave in to lies and mobs
