Well that was easy. I didn't even have to fill anything out to figure out that this company is not legit. I got the email from Erica. She was asking me for some basic information like Photo ID, band statemtents, P411 ID, 5 provider references, and a signed copy of a non-disclosure agreement.
I pulled up the non-disclosure agreement thinking that this was looking good. Well the non-disclosure was just that. A stock form that was downloaded from the interenet. Nothing in the form told me what I was agreeing to "not disclose". I've probably signed 30 non disclosures and confidentiality agreements in my life. I used to be a mortgage banker and I used to have to create those documents for clients so I'm familiar with them. I'm assuming that Erica wants me to sign a non disclosure to try and keep me from disclosing any information I obtain from said agency to you ladies or anyone else. However the document did not say that anywhere in it. It was just a stock document where half the verbage did not pertain to an agency, clients, providers or anyone else.
ERICA:
By law there is a form that you have to have signed by anyone you are doing a background check on. Its called a "Background Authorization". Just writing some bullet points in an email is not sufficent under US law. Just goto goole and do a search on it. I'm sure you can find one that works best for you.
Also, the non disclosure is not the exact proper form you should be using to keep your shit confidential. The form you are looking for is called a "Non Circumvent and Confidentiality Statement". This is a document that would prohibit any client from going around your agency to hire a lady and at the same time would make the client keep everything they know confidential.
I have an attorney that can help you create all these documents so they are rock solid. I have these documents myself for my work.
Lastly. Erica. The second email you sent me, sent me for a whirlwind. And since I haven't signed your non disclosure yet I will summarize it here.
Ladies: Erica told me that if I lived in an area that she had some VIP girls that she would be willing to .. and I quote
"we will pay for your next three (3) engagements/appointments...whether you go through us or not. "
So Erica, if I was to hire Alexxxis you would pay for that?

In summary, this is total bullshit. I don't need to go throught the process to figure that out. Erica you need to post some ads on Backpage and CL and get you some dumb girls. Cause the ladies on this board are for the most part above average intelligence. Word of mouth is and always will be the best form of advertising. So if you have 10, 20, 50 girls working for you making $500k a year, I'm sure they would be more than willing to tell all their girlfiends about it. Why don't you have some of those girls come on this thread and vouch for you. They can make a fake handle just like you did and post a fake response.
