A U.S. flag was first raised atop Mount Suribachi soon after the mountaintop was captured February 23, 1945.
Raising the First Flag on Iwo Jima by SSgt. Louis R. Lowery, USMC, is the most widely circulated photograph of the first flag flown on Mt. Suribachi.

The Pulitzer winning photo on which the sculpture is based was the second flag raised on Mr. Suribachi.
The photograph taken by Joe Rosenthal was the second flag-raising on top of Mount Suribachi, on February 23, 1945

Here’s a fact that every Marine knows. The first flag was Planted on Mount Suribachi and the second flag Raised atop Mount Suribachi. Two separate acts under different circumstances. One flag planted during battle the other raised shortly after. There’s a difference, I’m not playing any god damn word games.
You should know that, your Uncle should have told you. The Marines crawled up that mountain through black volcanic sand to plant that Flag, they didn’t jump off a boat and raise the flag on the fucking beach.
Now, my comment was in regard to the fat lying bastard rolling back regulations in 2017 that made purchasing a firearm more difficult for folks with mental illnesses. Then stands up and blames mental illness for a mass murder.

that law should have been rolled back. it gave way too much arbitrary discretion to the Government (we all trust them, right??) to declare someone mentally ill and thus take away their right to own firearms. you know what happened almost immediately after under Obama? Veterans with any symptoms of PTSD were labeled mentally ill and thus lost their right to own firearms.
let's be clear on something too. you know former Marines ,, i served with Marines. see the difference??

The same fat lying bastard that committed obstruction of justice, campaign finance violations and is selling deep state conspiracy bullshit to anyone who will swallow more lies to cover his fat ass.
That fat lying bastard is Donald J Trump a shit stain in American history..

That was a lib-retard lie the first time it was uttered. All that bill did was promise to violate the 4th Amendment rights of American citizens and give arbitrary power to government bureaucrats who have demonstrated that they cannot be trusted with such power. It would have in no manner stopped the recent spate of shooters.

And told him so. others reminded him this isn't the WILD WILD WEST anymore. What he posted wouldn't have been shit back then, in fact you might even call it tame.
he then huffed and puffed he didn't get any PM's on his posts. clearly .. he did. He toned it back considerably .. for a few days .. then went postal again and got banned. He deserved it.

I'm not absolving him. He "went postal again" to counter some insulting remarks from a retread. But the fact is when such rude exchanges occurred, they were always ended up with the more liberal posters being banned. Something must be very wrong as to why Trump supporters in this forum are violating the guidelines without fear of consequences.
Now please answer this question: Who is this "Bozo the Clown" you kept referring to?

DPST perceptions are not the Facts.
Show some clear statistics and proof.
weighed against the blatant misbehavior of DPST posters such as LAS.
It is your perception, You are welcome to it.
I do not believe the Mods are taking prejudicial action against DPST's - it is simply that many behave so badly in violation of Forum Rules
IMHO - and you are welcome to Yours, as well.
Go ahead and behave like LAS - see where it gets One.
Many are smart enough to try to stay within the Rules - No One is perfect - including myself.
At least most Conservatives generally try to stay within the Rules.
For some DPST's posters - it is a game to see how far Rules can be stretched without consequences.
IMHO

Sorry to hear that.... but I'm told they still function better than domestic DPSTs!
I think it has to do with being less susceptible to meltdowns due to overloaded circuits!
