i think it was quite a bit of jury nullification at work

tried in a city where 90% voted against america

on the jury were three clinton donors, one aoc donor, a woman who's kid played on the same team on which sussman's daughter played

then there were the bench rulings that handicapped the prosecution including some juror challenges that were overruled by the judge

its was seemingly a case by the judge of when you are one-minded, those of your ilk never seem a threat to justice

after the trial a juror said there are bigger things than a lie to the fbi

sure tell it to mike flynn, who was mistreated in the extreme opposite direction in this same courthouse

a mistreatment that was a very direct consequence of this very lie sussman was allowed to speak

the judge denied the prosecution the ability to present evidence that the sussman lie was part of hellary knowingly pushing the entire hoax
