You are trying to sell your house, I am the "inspector/appraiser" and you are trying to get me to overlook a few things...that backdoor needs a little lubricant, the foundation is a bit shaky and needs to be pinned down better, the wallpaper will need to be stripped, the butcher-block countertops need more oil rubbed on them, and the knockers on the front porch need to be adjusted, not to mention the central vacuum system needs a complete overhaul and re-testing, but from what I see here, we should be able to get you in tip top shape in a few weeks, but I'll have to stop by once or twice a day to check on your progress. Be sure to have those papers all laid out for me next time, and it wouldn't hurt to do a little testing of your appliances to ensure that everything is humming along like they should? BabyD...you have nothing to worry about, I can handle all of this for you...but it may cost a little more than usual.
