After watching both speeches I liked Romney's better.

I think I speak for everyone on the board when I say, what in the hell are you talking about? No wait, I don't want to know. No, seriously, please don't tell me.

I think Obamas handlers have finally learned a lesson after Zimmerman. Just shut up until you find out what happened.

Maybe I spoke too soon. I watching Fox news and they were going down the timeline of events. They showed Obama telling the public that HE would use whatever resources needed to "bring the killer to justice". Mind you this was hours AFTER they caught this bozo. Why didn't Obama know that the killer had already been caught? Was he hoping to take credit for something that already happened?

I am no fan of Obama, but the phrase "bring the killer to justice" does not mean catch the killer. I think that you are making a mountain out of a molehill here.

That may be but it is an interesting choice of words for a killer in custody with a slam dunk conviction a certainty. My words would have been to console the families as they are still suffering. This is also a state of Colorado court case and not federal.

Each of your posts is more clever and original than the previous one.

http://news.yahoo.com/full-text-obam...121530556.html

from the text...

We’re still gathering all the facts about what happened in Aurora, but what we do know is that the police have one suspect in custody. And the federal government stands ready to do whatever is necessary to bring whoever is responsible for this heinous crime to justice.

So yes they "caught the guy" but we should not be to quick to convict it is never a certainty. I think the president showed restraint in this case. In the past he has been criticized for being to quick to pass judgement. He did not here and yet you complain.

Besides, many complain about media bias, I don't know about you, but I rarely take anything that is written or spoken about a tragedy like this in the first 24 hours to be fact. I prefer to wait a day or two to see what is reported then. Many times media outlets in there haste to scoop each other will print or say things that ultimately end up to be false or misquotes etc. This happens every time. I have to say that the president did a good job on this.

The full text is there he did speak to the families as well.
