The article linked form the above Forbes piece was thoroughly discredited about a year and a half ago. Rick Ungar needs to learn to recognize when someone's playing fast and loose with the facts, or at the very least throwing around numbers that he doesn't understand.

After Jay Carney used this bogus analysis in a disingenuous attempt to put a happy face on Obama's fiscal plans, the Washington Post's "fact checker" gave him three "Pinocchios."

While the Bush administration was an obvious fiscal disaster, it's absurd to absolve Obama of a significant portion of the blame for deficits incurred in FY 2009 and subsequent years.
