This is exactly why nobody should ever pay a deposit. There are guys out there saying "oh its fine, she's reputable, or so and so is worth it...etc." Even if you weren't scammed the first time, it likely will happen another time. Deposits are a joke. Sorry it happened to you.

Although there are some guys on this thread who have stated that paying a deposit was good and they had a fabulous time with said provider, for the most part, paying a deposit is going to be bad news. And, there is a lot of proof to back that up.

Yes, the hobby has costs associated with it, and that is both sides of the fence, but as has been said numerous times in the past, it is the cost of doing business.
