I thought Mosley would catch up with him, and he did briefly in Round 2.
Mayweather is the small ALI of this generation. FLUID motion, balance, speed, toughness, savvy (like his holding when he got rocked in the 2nd round).
He is one of the greatest of all time.
I saw ALI as a young man.
Mayweather reminds me of ALI so much in style and savvy, if not in size.
Imagine ALI being as fast as 'Money' -- and he was. You would have had to see him fight the BIG CAT in the Dome to believe it. I was there.
Mayweather ought to trust his skills and take out Pack-e-ow.
Nobody can touch Money at this point. He is too sly.
No one has tested him.
Pack-e-ow is scared of being shown up as the lesser man, the lesser fighter, which is why he won't glove up against Money. Too bad.
I hate his mouth, but Money is the Man!

Please join us in welcoming Floyd Mayweather, Jr. to ECCIE Staff. He will be moderating our upcoming Boxing forum. In the meantime, he'll be keeping a close eye on the outcome of this thread. (Mayweather -100/Pacquiao +100)
Welcome aboard Floyd!

Trust me, Pacquiao isn't afraid of Mayweather. He didn't pussy out. I simply call it as I see it, like Skip Bayless, lol.
Merlin, you seem to have a love affair with Mayweather.

Not really but some of you guys are wayyy off base. Let's look at the reason that Pacquaio didn't want to agree to the Olympic style drug testing in the first place. He feels that it would weaken him. Are you serious? Taking blood 2 weeks before a fight is going to weaken you. Yeah, and Mayweather is the one who is running. Give me a break!!!
ALL of the Olympic athletes have to take those drug tests. Professional and amateur. And the funny thing is that there is no guarantee that a blood test will detect HGH or some of the other PEDs.
Alot of people would have sworn that Holyfield wasn't on something either before he got caught. Wrong. Mosley too. Wrong again. Some never get caught.

Merlin, Mayweather wanted him tested more than just two weeks before. One of his stipulations was to be tested pre-fight, hours before the fight, and the day after. Get your facts straight.
Oh yeah, Ike, I want to see the fight and it appears Mayweather is the one keeping it from happening.
Call me old school, but Mayweather has never fought anywhere near the class of fighters Ali did, repeatedly. To hold them in the same regard is absurd. Then again, Money claims he's the best boxer ever.

Got my facts straight, now get yours in order. Same link has been posted several times in this thread was originally posted by a Pacquaio fan. Mayweather agreed to 14 days before the fight but Pacquaio wanted 24 days or more. Those are facts. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/201...tion=si_latest

pacman feels his loss to morales was due to the fact that he gave blood before the fight.

Oh yeah, I notice that but if youre training and trying to make weight maybe the loss of blood is going to make you feel weak. Hell I have given blood after eating and no training and I still felt weak. He is about 70-100 pounds lighter than me.

He is also a professional athlete. Funny how every Olympic athlete manages. And 2 weeks is more than sufficient time to recover.

Damn it is not like they are going to draw a pint of blood as they do when you go to the Blood Bank to donate. All they are going to do is the same as what they draw when your Dr. orders blood work for you and all it usually is a small vial of blood.

Will Mayweather take the same test(s) he wants Pacquiao to take?

I hope all of you Mayweathers naysayers remember this thread (and of course, I will not let you forget). Cause you will all be eating crow. That's what I promise. Pound for pound, Mayweather is the best there is right now.
