Give it a rest rktman. It seems to be YOU that's obssessing. Your attempt to slander someone because of the way YOU feel is extremely ugly. I don't care how many reviews or ladies you see that "treat you well." Go see them. By continuing your rant, you aren't doing anything but hurting yourself.

This post was dead 7 days ago and by you reposting to bring it back to the top, should show everyone that it's an obssession thing only and an attempt to continue your slander. You really need to let it go.

Here are copies of most of the emails (edited where appropriate) where Ms. Alice admits she owes me and agrees to pay and then did not yet....could it be the because the post was removed from her reviews????? She threatens to "Ruin Me"....etc You decide for yourself.....she actually seems upset and very bitter I do not like her anymore...wow...I mean why would I .......I just want to get paid back....why is that so difficult to get???

Unless you have a Promissory Note or some other legally-binding promise to repay, the loan doesn't exist, and your threat to turn matters over to your attorney means nothing.

If you have the required documentation, you will have to file a claim in Small Claims Court and obtain a judgment in your favor. Then it can be reported to the Credit Reporting agencies.

It's unfortunate that many of the alerts/issues/theft BS are more than ofter STALKERS! I've never seen Alicia but I never had read anything negative on her either. I had her on my list! I would not consider this guy a valued contributer to the board. He harrasses and stalks these girls (info from the horses mouth), and after they get fed up w him, and wont see him anymore. He comes on here and tries to smear their reps. Real loser this guy. Have seen both of these girls multiple times. They are both 2 of the best providers in DFW. And are extremely consistent w their service and attitutes.

I don't know you however, how about some reviews of who you have seen in your six months or so you have been here, Mr. Newbie (then maybe you will be a "valued contributer") JK, haha!!! =)

I stay UTR and only see a handful of regular RESPECTFUL friends as I have a day job and school to also focus my life on. The reason is neither here nor there, the fact is I have a VERY clean bill of health. And will never have time for the dramatic childish behavior that comes from being too involved in this lifestyle.

That's my one and only $.2. Contact me if you wish, but i am only a victim of outright lies and blatant disrespect.

Ok, excuse me did not know that rule, my bad.......details by third parties of what I posted and reference to them was allowed so I just assumed.......(we all know what happens when you ASSUME).....

So, PM me if you want more info on this subject..btw, Alice told me she is sending payment as of last Thursday. I did not get paid yet but she says it is in the mail. I will post that I received payment when and if I get it. She is staying in contact with me about it and that is appreciated!!

I have no knowledge about this incident and I have never met or talked to either party involved. What I do know is loaning money is risky (just ask any bank that survived all the closings).

IMO if (if because I don't know for sure you did) you loaned her money you did it knowing there was a risk it would never be repaid. IMO the only reason someone would take this risk is because of future gains (like interest, extras, things she might not normally do, etc.) that they thought would make the risk worth while.

IMO if (if because first I don't know for sure you did loan her money and second if you did I don't know for sure or not if she repaid it) she didn't pay you back then your risk didn't pay off as you had hoped. Such is life when you take risk, like loaning money, playing the lottery, etc..

It is what it is, either move on or deal with it privately because IMO none of us has an interest either way how this works out. You already said you have your Lawyer working on it and other than the two of you (which is solely where the truth lies is between you) it wont effect anyone else on the board so why air it out for all to see unless you are trying to do a smear job on the girl? IMHO since you say you have a lawyer working on it which would resolve an issue (if there truly is one) the only reason I can think you would still be here keeping this thread up and going is you want to smear the girls reputation. It very well could be for different reasons but that is what it looks like to me.

I know many fine lawyers and work with them all the time and actually, work with some of the finest and best known Legal Professionals in their various areas in the Great State of Texas!!! Guess that is why I am not inclined to take any BS from one. Sorry, just not buying into what you have written. It is not true or accurate and I do not agree with it!!
