The War Powers Act is, IMHO, unconstitutional, and one of the Top Ten stupidest pieces of legislation in history.

Good, bad, or indifferent doesn't matter since it happens to be the law. And if it bothered our elected officials that much then they can change or repeal it.

That's why we can't trust our elected officials, Munchonmen. They do stupid things like this. So we need to quit electing Democrats and Republicans, and get rid of laws like this, since the SCrOTUS doesn't have the balls to do it.
