How do you identify real "independent" providers?

More do than you might suspect. But screening to know if the guy is a tire kicker or not is part of that I would think. And, I said socially, not specifically as a meet and greet one-on-one type thing. The last provider I was with I met because we were at the same place and someone there who knew us both introduced us. The one before that was a dancer as well so I met her that way. It has literally been years since I spent time with a lady I did not meet outside BCD first.

The point is that providers who provide more personal contact before meeting BCD would tend to be less likely to be pimped as its very unlikely a pimp would allow time to be spent without income. An independent has that option to do as she wishes.

There are many truly independent providers who might not meet someone OTC at first for very good reasons. That is why I call it a negative indicator not a positive one. Not meeting is not an indicator they are pimped but meeting is a good indicator they are not.

Networking is good in any business. Why not this one? I think OBSG's approach is the best one for getting a "lay of the land".

And I have repaid the providers generosity of time by introducing them to new clients many times. I have even sponsored face to face meets so both parties could get to know each other first. Seems to work out real well for everyone concerned. But I know its not for everyone.

I 1000% agree.

When I didn't know any better, I had 3 OTC meetings before I started declining invitations. They always turned out to be 'hobby pimp' meetings. You know, where they give you advice on giving regulars deep discounts when you're not getting enough calls, and try to get free sessions for sending you business by promoting you to other hobbyists... I had a hard time understanding why if you had a great time with me, you wouldn't just write the review without a discount, or tell your friends when you have nothing to gain. It's just another way reviews are being exploited.

That's when I initiated a dinner date rate, and learned that respectful clients will pay you for your time and keep their noses out of your business. I have OTC time with men who deserve it.

There are always ladies who will do OTC. There are always ladies who won't. There are always ladies who say they will, but don't. There are always ladies who say they don't, but will.

Same thing with the guys.

It's not right or wrong. It doesn't indicate anything.. It's just the way one chooses to do business. Whatever works for the parties involved is all that matters.

And be careful.. A pimped lady may meet you OTC. The person who started this suggestion happened to meet the lady because he was at the place at the time. He didn't ask them to come meet him somewhere. A pimp would be all over this. Meet you somewhere and get your plates and rob you silly. Just be smart.

I think the speaking to her is a good indicator.

When she shows up you should be able to tell right away if it's the same person that was on the phone.

By the way, were all pimped by something. See that interest rate on your credit card bill!? Unless someone is being drugged or forced in to this or similar..

If she makes you feel special in the bedroom and out of the bedroom.. (Meaning communication about other things besides what time and what day) I feel independent providers are more likely to be able to do this because they are not being watched or listened to by others???)

You know, there are many reasons a woman doesn't list a phone number.

1. Not being available to talk freely at any given time.
2. Not being a full time companion.
3. Not wanting some idiot to feel like you're fucking every time you miss his call. Because escorts don't have lives.

One could assume that a readily accessible woman is pimped. She can't miss a dollar. But again that is just an assumption and not my opinion. She could just be a woman on a mission, and there's nothing wrong with that.

I get what you ladies are saying, and I know there are a bunch of time-wasters out there. By "networking" I'm thinking more along the lines of 3-4 or more people getting together, maybe occasional 1:1s with guys who are known to follow up with real sessions.

It's more of an art than a science. Fortunately there is a pathway to steer (mostly) clear of pimps, it just takes some effort and patience.

Ps: some indies will agree to attend a happy hour vs a 1:1 OTC meeting with one gent who may or may not book a session in the near future. At least at a Happy hour you are likely to meet one guy who will book you and other providers to network with. You don't all have to be best friends but having a good rapport with other reputable people in the hobby is very valuable from a business and safety standpoint.
