I've always agreed, GFE is technically not so unless BBBJ/DFK is involved.
However, if a girl has GFE quality (popular/good looking as you guys say) then she is still GFE (b/c of GFE quality which is still GFE). She can be considered GFECBJ. GFE to me always meant similar to IOP (Illusion of Passion, one of the more clinical of our various acronyms). How that passion is arrived at varies from person to person.

If someone obviously does not want to be in the same room as I naked, it's prooobably not GFE. It could be WE (Wife Experience) though.

It is only really defined by an individual's connotation.
It is not a universal word for a specific experience.
