No, I generally don't read 404 errors from bad links too in depth.
But for someone that welcomes convos, you don't seem to be all that willing to have them. Links are all well and good but you haven't shown that you've done any of the analysis or used your own critical thinking. You're a great aggregator of other people's thoughts, though. And you grab clickbait articles well that cherry pick their points based on larger datasets that show some their key conclusions as being out of context.
What factors are driving rents? Don't just point to government spending. Don't just try to point to macro trends. There's a very interesting story here.
I'll sip some OJ and wait for you to get back from your virtual protests in Ottawa and your Teamsters-bargained break, friend. Maybe then you'll be able to engage on a level that even approaches 1/10th of lusty's knowledge and gusto

Californians Pay Record High Gas Prices As Pump Pains Send Biden's Approval Rating Lower
According to American Automobile Association (AAA), the average price of a gallon of regular-grade gasoline in California stands around $4.719 per gallon on Wednesday, surpassing the previous record on Nov. 27. That's higher than the national average, which stands around $3.52, an increase of more than 40% since the same time last year when it was $2.505 a gallon.

The Ruling Class’s Inflationary Policies Hurt America’s Working Class The Most
The Biden administration continues to advocate for its tax-and-spend agenda, ignoring the fact that massive money-printing has left many Americans worse off.
Switching to a cheaper cell phone plan. Buying chicken instead of steak, or canned vegetables instead of fresh ones. Giving up vacations, and taking on an extra job to make ends meet.
These represent some of the hardships and sacrifices faced by millions of working-class American families. Even the leftist media has started to acknowledge the ways inflation gives a proverbial kick in the teeth to struggling households.
Yet the Biden administration continues to advocate for its tax-and-spend agenda, ignoring the fact that rapid money-printing by both Congress and the Federal Reserve has left many Americans worse off.

"The imbecile actually pitched his climate change bill as anti-inflation at the SOTU claiming it will save American families $500 a year by 2030. . . the American people’s increase in cost of living right now is $385 per month, or over $4,600 per year."

I drive a ton, so put gas on a Visa for the sky miles. I’m anticipating the bill to be $7-800 this month, rather than the $3-400 it was pre-Brandon. That’s extra that would’ve been put directly into the economy through restaurants, whores, whatever. Now, rather than that money actually helping people it literally just gets burned.

The hit to your wallet from higher gas prices - $2,000 a year.
That comes on top of about $1,000 in extra costs at the grocery store due to inflation, which means the typical household will have $3,000 less this year to spend on other items, according to Yardeni Research.
