When you are creating a post, See the little globe icon above directly under the smiley face icon?

Well, not that one, but the yellow envelope looking icon either 3 over from the globe or right next to it if your using quick reply. If you point your mouse at it, a little pop out will say insert image...right.

when you click on it, it will pop up a box asking for the url where your image is located..just copy that link into the box and then click ok and walla, your image will be there.

My image URL looks like this as an example:

I know some of you use image hosting sites....well the url looks like the above but only with your info.

I hope this helps, but it is hard to explain like this.
