I have been on P411 for about 3 weeks. For a newb to start in this hobby, its quite hard to meet a provider with no references. I was lucky to find a provider that was on ECCIE and P411 and was newby friendly as long as I showed her some sort of RW info. She was still nervous about meeting me but she did and I got my first Okay from her on P411. Since then I have been on five date in 3 weeks with P411 providers that got some much easier after my first Okay. So yes its worth it at least to me it was.
