And there was nothing to see when a Republican Congressional committee investigated Joe Biden and came up with nothing.

If the charges against Thomas do in fact fall under the Hospitality Clause he has nothing to worry about.

Your post is incorrect. Flights on private jets are not covered under the hospitality clause. Tuition payments are not covered either. You didn't read the statute which was in a link near the bottom of the article in the link posted by WD.

Yeah …impeach Clarence Thomas because no Democrats have ever taken paid vacations or free plane rides…..especially to Epstein Island. I wish we all could be as pure and refined as Democrats…especially the ones throwing stones on this board.

You don't have to disclose a commercial flight on American, Delta or Spirit airlines. You do have to disclose a flight on a private jet. It looks like Thomas took multiple flights on private jets and did not disclose these gifts.

Someone paid School Tuition to a relative of Clarence Thomas? That's not a gift to Clarence Thomas. That's a gift to his relative, that's a separate entity.

The article is one sided and lacks a lot detail. From it's contents anyone with a clue wouldn't conclude Clarence Thomas did anything criminal.
