Reports are that his captors re-enacted his burning many many times; maybe he thought it was another re-enactment in which his captors would ultimately extinguish the fire at some point - then it was too late.

And it also has been reported that many of these captors have been sedated into some level of submission before execution.

I have always thought the beheading victims seemed passive; almost drugged into a calm submission.

I've been curious about the "reports" of information that would almost have to come from "inside sources" after these executions are aired by ISIS.

I recognize the need to keep information confidential for awhile to protect the sources, but if the information is being fed in relatively real time, then it seems the recipients of those sources would have fairly recent intel on the location of the captives. The recent U.S. female aid worker is an example. It seems "we" knew she was dead for some time.

Actually, it has been adopted for statewide application, but since you qualify for it, applying it to you upon your arrival will be appropriate. I am not that familiar with you, and don't even know if it is followed to the letter by the self-anointed arbiters mentioned in the OP, but I have seen images of women being stoned, so lose the dress when you cross state lines.
