The outcome would have likely been different, but we have no way to know in what way.

I don't know what happened and no one else here does either. But one thing I know for certain is that nearly EVERY FUCKING THING that the media told us about this the first 48 hours after it happened turned out to be bullshit. So in the eyes of the media this guy was guilty and a racist and probably a tea bagger as well before there was any real evidence known.

I don't trust the media AT ALL, therefore I cannot make a good decision on this case and on a lot of other things.

NO crime occurred until the physical assault.

TM was not committing a crime, and neither was GZ.

"He looked like the criminals that had been burglarizing the community." Really, you couldn't see his face because of the hoody, dark night, and rain.....but he's black.....and he's got something in his hand....candy......screw GZ..........I have a 17 year old that wears a hoody when the weather dictates......if someone in my neighborhood chose to approach him at night and my son ended up dead for walking down the street where he lived I don't think I would be as restrained as TM's parents.

TM was walking in an unfamiliar neighborhood and GZ calls 911 to report himbegan to follow him. Has a crime been committed? TM starts running and GZ continues pursuit. Has a crime been committed? The 911 operator tells GZ to stop chasing TM. Whether he obeys or not, no crime is committed. (I believe GZ when he says he stopped the chase and was returning to his car at this point) When TM confronts GZ and asks you got a problem? Still, no crime has been committed. But once TM responds to GZ's answer with, "You do now!" AND HE PUNCHES GZ and knocks him to the ground...A crime of assault and battery has just been committed. Anything that occurred before this point is absolutely irrelevant. Everything that occurs after this point is! GZ had his nose broken, his head was bashed into the concrete sidewalk and then he defended his life the only way he could. This was not stand your ground. This was self defense pure and simple.

We can speculate about all the what if's you want... What if Trayvon hadn't been suspended for drugs. What if He hadn't gone out for a walk on a rainy night to go buy some Skittles and iced tea (what normal person does this in the rain anyway). What if George hadn't got out of his car. What if George didn't have a conceal/carry license. etc. It doesn't matter!

Your seem to want to make this about everything else but the assault. The assault was the first criminal act, and that lead to the shooting.

The hoody, dark night, rain, skittles, tea, and the color of his skin are not what got him shot. Bouncing GZs head off the ground while hitting him in the face is what got TM shot.

There are no winners in this case, and no matter how this case comes out, there will be many more losers.

Only two people know what really happened that night, and one of them is dead. I would surmise that Zimmerman confronted Martin (after being told not to), and proceeded to get his ass kicked. He then shot Martin, out of fear or anger. His only defense would be that Martin attacked him first, and that he was defending himself. As with most trials, the side with the best (most convincing) lawyer will win.

Hardwood.......And you know the sequence of events how? What if GZ had been convicted of assaulting a police officer instead of being put in a diversion program and had been serving a 10 year sentence........there is nothing pure and simple about the case. So, walking in the rain to the corner store is now considered criminal.....GZ had no way of knowing whether TM was a resident or not.....none......or a visitor......or just wandering through....This may come as a surprise to some but people do walk in the rain. GZ had no legal authority to stop, impede, inquire, address, or in other way confront TM.

Innocent???? This muthafucka killed an unarmed teenager!!!

Now if GZ had gotten out the car UNARMED and TM assaulted him for no reason, he should've alerted the police then. But we all know he didn't do that because he thought he could handle this shit on his own. And he obviously did, in a very fucked up way. He took a life.

Nobody will make me think otherwise. The jury can listen to all the shit they want. And I will say this again...

HANG THIS MUTHAFUCKA!!!!!!
