Integrity - Does it exist within the community? Should it exist in the Staff?

The thing here is that the mods are players themselves. We all have our favorites-- clients and providers. There are times when members will try to take advantage of a mod b/c they think they know him or her. There are times as a mod where you are damn tempted to take advantage of your position-- be it banning, pointing members or trying to get a provider to see you for a very discounted rate (if any at all).
