Gang attacks can be reported but as per the example mentioned here, it often goes unaddressed. One particular thug keeps directly attacking/insulting people with impunity. The worst that happens seems to be he changes handles and that seems to wipe the slate clean of his past actions.

While frequent readers can sort out that some of these posters are not worth listening to, when post after post attacks someone the new and/or casual reader to that forum can't help but believe their trash just because of the volume. And for the ladies, that directly impacts their livelihood with zero consequences to the guilty parties.
