I do get annoyed with the assholes who rattle the rivets in their vehicles with the noise they call "music," who can't read speed limit and stop signs, who don't know what the color "red" means, and don't bother to worry about following 10 feet behind my vehicle at 65 miles an hour. Would you be one of them?

One reason why I don't worry about cops .. is I can read, I know what red means, and I have a good idea about following distances. I also don't get an "attitude" with officers who ask me questions.

first off the word caught is wrong..no one is caught in anything

barring health issues or things out of your control your own choices hold you in any circumstance
