I remember going crayfishing when i was younger and i hated it. Now im back in my hometown houston and cant wait to get down n dirty eating some spicy ass crawfish

1. It's been awhile since I had about 20 lbs just for me at one sitting and just got tired of peeling them.
2. I prefer to stick my little finger in the head and pull the fat out to eat it.
3. REAL Cajun food is not burn the fuck out of your mouth Mexican but instead should feel the slight burn as an aftertaste, it's about flavor not pepper.
4. Best Stop Supermarket in Scott has the best boudin that I've eaten, and the best cracklins too.
5. Eat all the corn and potatoes you want, those are to fill up on something other than crawfish, beside the suck up the seasoning out of the boiling water.
6. Don't eat the dead ones!!!
