But not all guns, is that right, CBJ7? Which ones were banned, and which ones were allowed? Simple question. Why are you avoiding it?

some 18 or 19 different models that fit the definition of assault weapons ... specifically, I cant name them all ..

the 94 legislation excluded any assault weapons and clips made before 1994, and kept them legal to own .. to the best of my knowledge, those are now included in the 04 legislation Romney passed and are now illegal.

How is Romney's ban different from what Clinton passed, and what Obama will likely pass?

Okay this should be simple. What Romney passed only affected Massachusetts which does not have 2nd amendment protection on the state level. What Obama will be trying to do runs completely counter to the US Constutition which he swear an oath to protect.

It makes it too hard for the white democrat racist to lynch an innocent black person if they have guns.

Idiot! The articles were clearly about TWO SEPARATE BILLS, both of which REAGAN SUPPORTED!

So what if the bills have a sunset clause. It is still a ban. And, CBJ7, you still haven't told me how Romney's bill is different from what has been law, and what is being proposed.

Besides, couldn't the Massachusetts legislature reverse the ban at any time? Then it wasn't permanent.

Gawd, it's such a simple question.
