Oh dear. I seem to have forgotten to include "The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension" - perhaps a zenith of 80s cheese. Peter Weller! John Lithgow! Jeff Goldblum! Christopher Lloyd as John Bigboote ("it's pronounced 'big boo-tay'").
"Laugh-a while you can-a, monkey boy!"

And for awesome Queen soundtracks you can't beat the 1980 Flash Gordon... "Flash! AH-AHH! Savior of the universe!"
And plenty of cheesy dialogue:
"Klytus, I'm bored. What plaything can you offer me today?"
"Gordon's aLIVE!?"
"I'm flying blind on a rocket-cycle!"
"Dispatch war rocket Ajax to bring back his body!"
"Flash, Flash, I love you, but we only have fourteen hours to save the Earth!"
"Ah, well; who wants to live forever? [to Hawkmen] DIVE!!!"
Can't believe no one mentioned Blazing Saddles with all the Mel Brooks titles on here
Speaking only for myself I can't bring myself to think of Blazing Saddles as "cheesy", but YMMV on that score.
Bart: Are we awake? Jim: [Sees Bart for the first time] We're not sure. Are we... black? Bart: Yes, we are. Jim: Then we're awake. But we're very puzzled.
I really can't believe that nobody is familiar with this movie that I'm about to mention(not just here, but irl too).
It is the epitome of a "cheesy" movie. It's ridiculous, offensive, and stupid funny!!!

The Kentucky fried movie.
You're welcome!!!! Hehe
I'm totally familiar with it. One of my favorites. The team of Zucker, Abrahams, and Zucker wrote that one before they hit it big with Airplane!.
One of my favorite sketches from KFM, "The Wonderful World of Sex":
I can't think of any sketches in that movie that are bad.
