To be accurate, no one is truly convicted until all appeals are exhausted.
And do you truly believe Trump is the only business man or politician that has had sex outside of their marriage? If you do, now that is funny and is a sadly uninformed opinion. All those fucks are no better than we are here on an escort board. The only difference between them and us is 1. They have more money and 2. They have others setting up their fuck sessions for them.
D.C. has some of the highest paid escorts in the country. Think for a moment and wonder why. You should have your answer very quickly.
You can hate Trump. You can say he lied about everything. You can say he fucked a porn star (which every single one of us would love to do…even some of the ladies here as well lol), but none of that takes away from the extremely poor and embarrassing performance Joe gave us at the debate the other night.
Hell, all of the Lib Media were freaking out that night well into the next day over his performance. They’re even talking about replacing him now.
Or….maybe what you’re saying is that what we saw the other night was another Cheap Fake? Lol

Some truth to that. And poor Jimmie Carter has been home on hospice for several months.

The election is over 4 months away, but if I remember correctly, the Dem Convention is next month. Aren’t they required to name a nominee by then or at the convention and not allowed to change after that except for death, or extreme physical health issues?

sure there are most likely "rules" in place but when do they
concern themselves with "rules"?
ans i actually credit them with that as they are more committed to their "religion"
we are NOT a nation of laws
we ARE a nation of political will ..
they do what they want and make the other side try to
unwind it afterwards which is then too late

I am not a lawyer, but my understanding is that when a jury finds you guilty as charged you are convicted. That conviction could be reversed, should there be found some flaw in the process. But, unless and until that happens, Trump is an convicted felon.
The crime for which Trump was convicted was not fucking a porn star. As you rightly point out, were that the case, the courts would be overwhelmed (not by anyone here of course, lol.) The crime for which Trump was convicted was falsifying business records, which involved violations of election laws.
Last night's performance by Biden was not inspiring. Even less inspiring was Trump's non answers to question and his firehose of lies.

You’re correct about the crime Trump was convicted of. Problem with that is, which is the strongest reversible error of the case, is the falsifying of business records which involved violation of election laws. Violation of election laws is a federal crime, not a state crime. The Feds refused to take that to trial because they felt there was no evidence to convict.
So, instead the state of NY, DA Bragg, resurrected misdemeanors that were well passed their statute of limitations (falsifying business records), somehow turned them into a felony and found him guilty of a federal crime that the state of NY has no jurisdiction over.
Not saying he’s guilty or innocent, but that whole trial is such a fucking mess it’s crazy. Wanna get people to believe Trump is truly a convicted felon? Try his ass in court for a case that is actually constitutional and the regular folks can get their heads around. Until then, the division will never end.
You’re also right about Biden’s less than lackluster performance at the debate. If he would have put forth a solid performance, there wouldn’t even be a discussion about Trump’s lies. Again, until Biden can do that, which he obviously never will, the division will continue unfortunately.

I actually thought the whole golf handicap discussion was the best part lol. No fucking way Joe is a 6. He’s lucky if he’s a 26 handicap. I’ve played a ton of golf in my life and I know what a 6 handicap looks like. And it doesn’t look like Joe. Unless he’s talking miniature golf lol.
Instead of a 2nd debate, I’d love to see this golf challenge as well lol.

From what I know, two ways for Biden to get off the ticket….he resigns, or on the second round of voting at the convention 25% of then delegates have to vote to open the convention. The first round, all pledged delegates must vote for Biden.
Manchin would be a good compromise for both sides, actually.

No. My preference would be Whitmer or Shapiro. Manchin would a compromise that should appeal to both parties…..just my thought.
Personally, I don’t give a shit what gender, race or religion anyone is, if they are qualified…..

JB……here is a wild guess about what’s going to happen, since Biden and his family are squirreling away this weekend:
1. Biden resigns the Presidency, and withdraws from the race, for health reasons
2. Harris named President in the aftermath.
3. Harris pardons Biden and his shithead kid
4. Trump chokes to death on a McDouble while laughing hysterically
elg…….
PS…..#4 probably not, but made me laugh. But I bet Biden throws the towel in by next week.

I think Woodrow Wilson provided us with answer to this many years ago.
"The literary gift is a very dangerous gift to possess if you are not telling the truth, and I would a great deal rather, for my part, have a man stumble in his speech than to feel he was so exceedingly smooth that he had better be watched both day and night."
(Sorry I don't have a link to a website or to the opinion page of the Wall Street Journal. The source is a printed book. Believe it or not, some books still do exist, and there are even some people who read them. I would be happy to provide a bibliographic reference, if anyone would like to fact check it.)
