Miami feels like an L. I think they take Detroit though. The lions have had a soft schedule this year and I don't think they are as good as their record.

To me Detroit has always been a losing team for as long as I have been watching football the past 45 years

I’m pulling for Dan Campbell every Sunday when the Lions aren’t playing the Cowboys. Gig ‘em.

The Lions feel kind of like the Eagles. Their record is better than they really are.. but the biggest difference is their run game. Unlike the Eagles, they actually like to run the ball.. and they have two good backs. I think Miami is the better of the two in the run department... both could be Ls for us.. but the Lions is here.. where we play better.

Cowgirls did what they do best every year at this time of the regular season:

shooting themselves in the foot and screwing up their playoffs spot and position.

Miami is in the playoffs.

Detroit Lions won their division today for the first time since 1993 and they earned a playoff berth.

Detroit plays Dallas in Arlington next Saturday night, December 30th.

Cowgirls better spend all day tomorrow and practice instead of celebrating Christmas.

They didn't earn the right to celebrate Christmas.

Dog poop in their stockings!

Now that Baltimore beat San Francisco, both Detroit and San Francisco are 11-4 along with of course Philly. So, the Lions will have something to play for (the #1 seed and first round bye) this Saturday, while the Cowboys, even if they lose their final two, will still clinch the #5 seed as they have wins over LA and Seattle.

That was stupid of Detroit.

When the 2 points conversion got called back, they should had just try the FG to tie the game.

Just like earlier in the game when they should had gone for the FG instead of going on 4th down.

If they did get that earlier FG, they would had already won by 2 points at the end without needing to try a 2 points conversion and before going for the FG again.

Going for 2 is a tell that you don’t trust your defense in OT. the players should be angry at their coach for that nonsense

After the first attempt failed I can’t believe he didn’t just take the PAT.

Also, while I believe the ref got it wrong, sending two other linemen to “make sure the ref heard the substitution” is asking for a mistake to he made in a situation like that.

I like Dan Campbell, but his risk-taking would drive me up the wall almost as much as McCarthy’s late game time management decisions.

They technically sent 3.. the 3rd was going up late.

Ref called the wrong number.. or believed the wrong number reported. Theres video/audio from the stadium on that call where the ref announced 70 is eligible. Defenses will pay attention to that. Do they get the 2 pt if the ref announces the right number.. who knows. Good chance the Cowboys dont leave him as wide open as he was. And the Lions had TWO more chances after that. They could have.. probably should have gone for the tie. Also doesnt mean Cowboys with their.. 1 time out left? or was it two?.. dont try and get 30 or so yards and try a 60+ field goal. Might ruin Aubreys streak... but if we move it with in his range, we could win as well.
Its funny.. people are all up in arms about this.. and yeah it did cause huge playoff changes .. but if it was the other way around.. people would be telling the Cowboys fans to suck it up, too bad shit happens. Of course another 4 qts of football where Parsons doesnt get any holding calls because every team plays him perfectly.. and doesnt hold him at all. No sir. That tripping call that should have never happened.. or called on the Lions.. yeah that could have iced the game. So like other fan bases would tell us.. suck it up, shit happens.

Thank you Cardinals for the late Christmas present. Didnt think that would happen.. but I will take it. Now we need to finish with a strong win on Sunday and keep that #2 seed.
