Use clear alcohol like vodka. Avoid sugared alcohols.

But if you really want to clear out your digestive tract:

Consider Sake, some of which do come in a clear version. Also useful for being able to ignore things when sleeping in the swamps of the Thach Han river.

Also consider Absinthe (aka Green Fairy), which can be made clear depending on which sub-species plant is used. Used for medicinal purposes for thousands of years and known to clear out parasites.
Btw, mentioned by Shakespeare in Romeo and Juliet Act 1, and in Hamlet Act 3. Also mentioned in the bible in a few places. Of note is Revelation 8:10-11 (wormwood). The plant itself is named after the Greek goddess Artemis, the goddess of hunt. Learned to drink that, and play cards, at my grandfathers bar decades ago. Banned in the US in 1912, but legal again in 1977 with restricted levels of certain ingredients. The good stuff needs to be privately shipped from elsewhere 8 times zones away.
