(Above Otero County Commission at the beginning of the day making the pledge of allegiance.)
The Otero County Commission had a long day of discussions and reports today and then they landed upon the issues with the 2020 Election. They voted to eliminate voting machines in the county!
TGP reported this morning on today’s petition to eliminate using voting machines in the county.
After a day of discussions, the Otero Commission voted on the three following items.
The commission voted to pass all three of the above motions.
These commissioners were fearless. The more flack they got the more they knew they were over the target. They wanted every legal vote to count.
“We do all want the same thing. We all want a fair election”
“If we don’t find out what’s going on, we’ll never know.”
Wow, these commissioners were great.
Here is the full day’s presentation – this discussion occurred at the end of the day.
Major hat tips to Attorney David Clements and his wife Erin Clements and all those in New Mexico who helped make free and fair elections a thing of the future in this county.
Trump Endorsed Candidate for Secretary of State Mark Finchem and Trump-endorsed Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake are seeking a preliminary injunction in a lawsuit against Maricopa and Pima Counties and Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs to ban the use of “black box” voting machines in Arizona.
The new motion filed Wednesday in federal court seeks to prevent the use of unsecure electronic voting machines in future elections, including the 2022 election.
The Gateway Pundit recently reported that the federal Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) released a report on Dominion Voting Machines admitting massive vulnerabilities and potential for hacking but continued claims that there was no evidence of fraud in the shady and stolen 2020 election.
Testimony by Professor J. Alex Halderman, who discovered these machine vulnerabilities, is cited numerous times in Lake and Finchem’s new petition.
Electronic voting machines are proven to be compromised and cannot be trusted. “Arizona voters no longer know whether their vote has been accurately tabulated or manipulated,” contends the new pleading.
STATE CAPITOL, PHOENIX – State Representative Mark Finchem announced that attorneys, including Alan Dershowitz, representing him and Kari Lake, today filed a motion for a preliminary injunction in federal court to stop the use of “unsecure black box electronic voting machines” in Arizona.
Representative Finchem issued the following statement regarding the filing:
We have filed a motion seeking to ban the use of black box electronic voting machines in Arizona’s elections while the case is pending.
It’s a reasonable question to ask the defendants whether they know how these electronic machines actually work. They are a BLACK BOX – and the voting machine companies REFUSE to make their systems and software open to the public. WHY WOULD ANYONE TRUST THEM?
The lawsuit alleges, among other things, that the documented and unfixable security failures in electronic voting machines—and the lack transparency in these voting systems—violates citizens’ constitutional rights and 42 U.S. § 1983 including: the Fundamental Right to Vote in Violation of the Fourteenth Amendment; and the Fourteenth Amendment’s Guarantee of Equal Protection.
This is not a partisan issue. Politicians on both sides of the aisle have long criticized the inherent vulnerabilities and insecurity of electronic voting machines, including then-Senator Kamala Harris and Senators Elizabeth Warren and Senator Amy Klobuchar.
The defendants include Katie Hobbs in her official capacity as Secretary of State, and members of the Board of Supervisors for Maricopa and Pima Counties in their official capacities.
Today, we filed a motion for a preliminary injunction to prohibit the use of these unsecure black box voting machines while the case is pending. For this, the law requires us to show that (1) we are likely to succeed on the merits, (2) we will likely suffer irreparable harm if these machines are used, (3) that the balance of equities tips in our favor, and (4) that an injunction is in the
public interest. The motion for a preliminary injunction includes evidence and sworn declarations from five top former military and civilian cyber and cyber-security experts.
For specific relief, the lawsuit proposes a secure alternative to electronic voting machines involving precinct-level hand counting procedures of ballots on secure paper and cameras allowing total transparency to the public including an auditable tabulation.
On Tuesday, the defendants filed a motion to dismiss the complaint.
Defendants claim that it’s too late to fix this—that we are stuck with these BLACK BOX voting machines.
WRONG. We are not stuck with these machines.
Defendants claim that Arizona’s spot checks prevent fraud.
WRONG. Procedures like 2% spot checks do not prevent fraud.
Defendants claim that there is not enough time to institute a hand count strategy.
WRONG. The same people that want to keep these machines are just like the people who oppose voter ID.
Defendants claim the machines are independently tested.
SO WHAT? If that made a difference, why do we keep finding security failures?
Every state needs to ban these corrupted machines.

it will take exactly that. people are getting charged and it's potential felony charges. so let's see how long they are willing to take the wrap for the entire gang?
once one person flips and starts ratting the flood gates open.
... Wasn't Detroit where they had More Votes than Voters??
Either Detroit or Chicago... More actual votes than registered
voters...
And their excuse - some people actually just
registered the DAY BEFORE and the DAY OF the election.
Thus, those people are NOT yet included in the rolls,
but were, of course, allowed to vote anyway.
That's how the Democrat-controlled citys do things.
Texas Republicans formally rejected Joe Biden’s election in 2020 as president in their convention this past weekend.
More than 9,000 Texas Republicans came down to Houston for the annual GOP convention this past weekend.
The latest blow to the legitimacy of the 2020 election was presented in the documentary “2020 Mules” on widespread ballot trafficking in the 2020 election.
The Gateway Pundit continues to release more and more footage of ballot traffickers dumping handfuls of ballots illegally in ballot drop boxes in Michigan.
Republicans in Texas formally rejected President Joe Biden’s election in 2020 as illegitimate and voted in a state-wide convention that wrapped up this weekend on a party platform that calls homosexuality an “abnormal lifestyle choice.”
The party’s embrace of unfounded electoral fraud allegations in a bedrock Republican state came as a bipartisan congressional committee seeks to definitively and publicly debunk the false idea that Biden did not win the election…
…”We reject the certified results of the 2020 presidential election, and we hold that acting President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. was not legitimately elected by the people of the United States,” the Texas party said in a resolution, passed in a voice vote at its convention.
Texas is a major player in U.S. national politics, with 38 electoral votes, the second highest after California. Voters there have backed Republican presidents for the past four decades.
The White House had no comment.
According to a recent Reuters/Ipsos poll, about two-thirds of Republicans believe the 2020 presidential election was stolen from Trump. State and federal judges dismissed more than 50 lawsuits brought by Trump and his allies challenging the election while reviews and audits found no evidence of widespread fraud.
Austin, TX, Release: June 20, 2022 — For Immediate Release
This Saturday, the nearly 5,000 Texas GOP Convention delegates in attendance overwhelmingly passed a resolution questioning the 2020 election.
Matt Rinaldi, Republican Party of Texas Chairman said, “Texas Republicans rightly have no faith in the 2020 election results and we don’t care how many times the elites tell us we have to. The Texas Republican Party is raising record funds for election integrity, and we’ve made election integrity a top priority to ensure Texas never goes the way of Pennsylvania, Georgia, or Arizona. We refuse to let Democrats rig the elections in 2022 or 2024.”
The resolution states: “2020 Election: We believe that the 2020 election violated Article 1 and 2 of the US Constitution, that various secretaries of state illegally circumvented their state legislatures in conducting their elections in multiple ways, including by allowing ballots to be received after November 3, 2020. We believe that substantial election fraud in key metropolitan areas significantly affected the results in five key states in favor of Joseph Robinette Biden Jr.
We reject the certified results of the 2020 Presidential election, and we hold that acting President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. was not legitimately elected by the people of the United States. We strongly urge all Republicans to work to ensure election integrity and to show up to vote in November of 2022, bring your friends and family, volunteer for your local Republicans, and overwhelm any possible fraud.”
