Sounds very yummy!
I am not such a connoisseur for Cheeses, but I like Barolo with gorgonzola and very soft creamy cheeses and white bread!

I would not call myself a connoisseur either, but I will put just about anything in my mouth...once. If I don't like it, I spit it out.

Ok, now that was funny in a twisted sort of way.
You claim to not be a connoisseur but there is no doubt you know how to communicate! By the way.... your box is full, so make some room and clean 'er out.

Glad to see i wasn't the only one drinking that caca. Some very very good and bad times were had with that wine!
Everclear, now there is one I haven't heard in a long long time.

Boone's always is the poor man's/woman's drink of choice, but it did lead to some very good times for me with some of the girls who liked the legal white lightin, and some exceptionally bad times calling earl. Everclear at a 190 proof, or 95% grain alcohol, would also boost your Octane rating if you wanted to drag but didn't have ethel in the tank. Course, you were cleaning your carb, and lines, the next day, but I think I am still doing that as my carb is... well,...

Yummy!!!! I am greek and I LOVE cheese, and love a nice wine. Together is magic in my mouth. I love goat cheese with a greek olive on a crostini. Simple but delicious. Don't get me started on feta which can go with almost anything. I put it in my eggs, hamburgers, pasta, pizza, chicken dishes, salads. Go Feta!
I love the mom and pop groceries. There is one in South Jersey just outside of Philly, and when I lived there I shopped there all the time. I spent a lot of money on New Years Eve. They have imported meats and cheeses, and marinades, spreads and they make dishes that they sell by weight. Love it.
Would love to find such a place in Louisville.
