Your assumptions about what happened are wrong.

Suffice it to say, the original rebuttal of your ignorant opinion still stands:
Those "opinions" that you so readily dismiss belong to people far more "expert" in the subject than yourself. Furthermore, those "opinions" were recently reaffirmed by former 30+ year CIA operative Jose Rodriguez during interviews and in his book. Rodriguez was one of the players who harvested and employed the intel. So, in comparison, it is your "ignorant opinion" that does not matter, Old-goaT.

OK, I have restrained myself the last few posts, foolishly thinking you might calm down and allow your limited number of brain cells to catch up to your typing.
That obviously didn’t happen, so there seems no reason to try and treat you like a sentient human. Instead let me spell it out (I know—poor choice of words given my spelling challenges) for your simple brain:
You—Mr I Hate Assumptions—your post here ASSUMES you know my experience in this area. Tell me, HOW DO YOU KNOW MY CREDENTIALS? That’s right, you DON’T!! So go right ahead and (1) admit you are a hypocrite, attacking others for making assumptions but making a shitload of your own. (2) Humbly apologize for making a rash assumption about poor little me. I know thatwon’t happen because you don’t know the meaning of either “humble” or “apologize”. Try looking them up on Wiki why don’t you.
You actually rebutted nothing. You only demonstrated your stupidity and your hypocrisy.
And after all that, you still don’t know what you are talking about on this topic.

In this instance, Rodriguez is a veritable ‘Trump Card’, asshole. By virtue of his position, expertise and experiences as an eye-witness, first person participant, his recounting of events “Trumps” any ‘opinion’ you might have. You weren’t there with him. Now go along and play with your neighborhood watch boys so you can feel important and useful, Old-goaT.

Gee, what a surprise! Once again you are not addressing the point: YOU ARE MAKING ASSUMPTIONS, BUT IN THS CASE IT IS OK BECAUSE IT'S YOU.
Idiot.

What part of 'fact' do you not understand, Old-goaT? There are no assumptions! Fact, Rodriguez was a CIA operative with over 30 years of experience. Fact, he was one of the CIA operatives directly involved in the interrogations. And fact, he was one of the CIA operatives who harvested and employed the intel gained from the interrogations. There are no 'assumptions.' Your "ignorant opinions" otherwise do not matter, Old-goaT.

Since you are too stupid to recognize it on your own why don't you get a 2nd grader to READ my post to you.
My point has nothing to do with Rodriguez, so your "facts", though mostly true, are not relevant. My point is you have no qualms making assumptions about me.
WHAT happened is a lot easier to categorize as "fact", but "why" or "what it meant", or "what would happen if NOT..." are not "facts", they are opinions. Not every CIA and NSC person necessarilly agrees with all of the Rodriguez statements about cause and effect. The big differences are (1) you agree with his assumptions so you falsely delaire them "facts", and (2) many others with similar or bettercredentials don't believe spy games are appropriate for Kiss & Tell.
You are a simple minded hypocrit who thinks he gets to decide what is true and what is false. You don't.
PS: Since you claim to know, what ARE my credentials in this area?

You have previously stated you have been a member of various neighborhood watch organizations in two or three different states. Your 'credentials' pale in comparison to those possessed by Mr. Rodriguez.
You are not the expert in matters such as using enhanced interrogation and capitalizing on the HUMINT provided by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and Abu Faraj al-Libi or you'd have written your own book rather than inferring you might be a CIA agent incognito on a SHMB; whereas, Rodriguez IS the documented and avowed expert in matters such as using enhanced interrogation and capitalizing on the HUMINT provided by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and Abu Faraj al-Libi.
Old-goaT, are you outing yourself and admitting you are an incognito CIA agent making operational disclosures on a SHMB? If not, then your 'credentials' and your 'opinion'[ do not mean jack-shit when matched against those of Rodriguez.

Your 'credentials' pale in comparison to those possessed by Mr. Rodriguez. I never equated my NW credentials to CIA work--you made that invalid comparison.
You are not the expert in matters such as using enhanced interrogation and capitalizing on the HUMINT provided by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and Abu Faraj al-Libi I didn't say I was.
or you'd have written your own book rather than inferring you might be a CIA agent incognito on a SHMB
No, reading-impaired one. I never said I was a CIA agent; I did imply I have a fair bit more personal knowledge than you do (which is probably not difficult)--and I said, not implied, that a lot ofother senior, experienced people do not necessarilly agree with Rodriguez' interpretations of the "facts", including the cause & effect parts.
whereas, Rodriguez IS the documented and avowed expert in matters such as using enhanced interrogation and capitalizing on the HUMINT provided by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and Abu Faraj al-Libi.
Learn to count, moron. Rodrigues is ONE proclaimed "expert". Not THE expert. But then I wouldn't expect a one track mindlike yours to understand "one" vs "more than one". I think there was a Sesame Street episode on that topic-you might want to review it. As far as writing a book, I admit either I don't have enough to fill a few hundred pages, OR I don't care to, OR I am one of those who believes the Spy game is not for Kiss & Tell. Unlike Rodriguez obviously believes.
Old-goaT, are you outing yourself and admitting you are an incognito CIA agent making operational disclosures on a SHMB?
Are you admitting you writing your posts on a gov't paid for computer as an inmate of a mental ward?
If not, then your 'credentials' and your 'opinion'[ do not mean jack-shit when matched against those of Rodriguez.
Again, moron, I didn't say mine were better or worse. I just commented on your hypocracy. It's you who keep bringing up the other points and ignoring my questions. YOU made assumptions about me with zero facts. Quit trying to say Imade any assumprions about Rodriguez--I didn't.
Just another IB hypocritical lie--but then that's what everyone expects from IB. Pathos. Hate. Illogic. Lies.

You are a moronic jackass, Old-goaT. This is posted @ #27, or does your non-reading ass not remember:
Identity of bin Laden’s courier
Identification of al-Qaeda couriers was an early priority for interrogators at CIA “black sites” and Guantanamo Bay detention camp, because bin Laden was believed to communicate through such couriers while concealing his whereabouts from al-Qaeda foot soldiers and top commanders. Bin Laden was known not to use phones, as the U.S. launched missile strikes against his bases in Afghanistan and Sudan in 1998 (Operation Infinite Reach) after tracking an associate's satellite phone.
By 2002, interrogators had heard uncorroborated claims about an al-Qaeda courier with the nom de guerre Abu Ahmed al-Kuwaiti (sometimes referred to as Sheikh Abu Ahmed from Kuwait). In 2003, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed [water boarded], the alleged operational chief of al-Qaeda, revealed under interrogation [i.e., water boarding] that he was acquainted with al-Kuwaiti but that he was not active in al-Qaeda.
In 2004, a prisoner named Hassan Ghul told interrogators that al-Kuwaiti was close to bin Laden as well as Khalid Sheik Mohammed and Mohammed's successor Abu Faraj al-Libi [water boarded]. Ghul further revealed that al-Kuwaiti had not been seen in some time, which led U.S. officials to suspect he was traveling with bin Laden. When confronted with Ghul's account, Khalid Sheik Mohammed maintained his original story. Abu Faraj al-Libi was captured in 2005 and transferred to Guantánamo in September 2006. He told CIA interrogators that bin Laden's courier was a man named Maulawi Abd al-Khaliq Jan and denied knowing al-Kuwaiti. Because both Mohammed and al-Libi [both water boarded] had minimized al-Kuwaiti's importance, officials speculated that he was part of bin Laden's inner circle.
In 2007, officials learned al-Kuwaiti's real name, though they will not disclose the name nor how they learned it. WIKI
The CIA revealed that American spies have also been watching many of bin Laden’s couriers for years. “One courier in particular had our constant attention,” a senior US government official said. “We identified him as both a protege of Khaled Sheikh Mohammed and Abu Faraj al-Libi.”

Subsequent to one of your asinine remarks, Old-goaT, this was posted @ #29:
Those "opinions" [stated above] that you so readily dismiss belong to people far more "expert" in the subject than yourself. Furthermore, those "opinions" were recently reaffirmed by former 30+ year CIA operative Jose Rodriguez during interviews and in his book. So, in comparison, it is your "ignorant opinion" that does not matter, Old-goaT.
So Old-goaT can you not read? Or do you enjoy making a jackass out of yourself? MULTIPLE experts disagree with your asinine assumptions, but Rodriguez REMAINS the most authoritative. Get that through your jackass head, Old-goaT.

Truce
Okay, Old-T and I B Hankering, this bickering has gone on long enough!
Too long, in fact and completely unnecessary.
The real enemy is Al-Qaeda, remember?
. . . It's time to call a truce here, guys!

FG, I agree Al-Qaeda is the enemy. Unfortunately people like IB are Al-Qaeda's tool, and he doesn't even know it. The Al-Qaeda approach, the Taliban approach, it's all grounded in the brilliant (but evil) thoughts of Che Guevara: the greatest weapon of the minority is terror. And the goal of terror is not to frighten the masses, it is to trick the elite to over react and establish a reign of oppression. In essence to trick the government to become the oppressors in the mind of the masses. Then the masses--never really understanding Communism, will still revolt against the government because of their excesses.
People like IB are pounding the table for exactly that kind of repressive, strong armed, excessive government over reacting. He is:
--In favor of torture
--In favor of one citizen being able to be judge and executioner, and given a medal for it
--Preaching hate and intolerance against Muslims, liberals, non-Christians, and anyone who disagrees with him
And he is too blind to even see that he is a tool of Al-Qaeda. THAT is why I attach his (and a few other's) posts that spew that kind of crap. I have fought too hard and long against those who would undermine our government to quietly let a bigger threat do the real dammage.
Some folks love to recount all the riots over the past 50 years. Those happened, and were very wrong. But most the posters here close their eyes to the attrocities that led to the riots in most cases--and I am NOT referring to any single isolated act or event, but typically a long running, systemic system of oppression that laid the foundation of dry underbrush for the spark to set off. The Rodney King riots were WRONG, but to ignore the LAPD brutality that was rampant before the riots is also WRONG. Sadly few people condemn BOTH. When I start hearing IB speak out aginst wrongs on both sides I won't have to keep pointing out is myopia. I would love to see that happen, but this whole Rodgrguez discussion doesn't give me hope it will happen anytime soon.

--In favor of tortureDid you write down Daniel Pearl's comments on this matter before or after he met with waterboard 'victim' Khalid Sheikh Mohammed?
--In favor of one citizen being able to be judge and executioner, and given a medal for it Are you referring to Odumbo? Rodriguez: "We don't capture anyone anymore ... the default option of this administration has been to kill all prisoners. Take no prisoners. How could it be more ethical to kill people rather than capture them? . . . . When President Obama condemns the covert action activities of a previous government, he is breaking the covenant that exists between intelligence officers who are at the pointy end of the spear, hanging way out there, and the government that authorized them and directed them to go there."
BTW, Rodriguez had the approval of the government; including your lying bitch Pelosi.

Old-goaT, you are just a 'tool'. Notice you've dropped your entire previous equivocating argument and embarked on a new 'holy' crusade. Keep believing everything "The United States doesn't do that" Stahl and "They didn't brief me about waterboarding" Pelosi tell you.
