Wow. The man was asking for clarity not an attack. I personally like to know up front so I can make my decision to see that provider or not. I have made arrangements to see a provider only to find out shortly before about upsell, this or that extra. Hell, she knew up front what was requested. I cancelled and went a different direction. BD, I saw no direct attack on you by the OP, yet you attack instead of respond, as is the case most of the time. You draw more flies with honey than vinegar darlin.
